Directions

Combine spinach, orange juice, carrot, protein powder, and ginger in a blender. Blend, adding frozen blueberries gradually and stirring if needed, until smooth.

Use any kind of frozen fruit, juice, and protein powder of your choice.

For a thinner smoothie, add more juice as needed.
