This is my favorite side dish, and the first thing I've made all by myself. It goes great with pretty much anything and is a perfect side for a Thanksgiving dinner or just a cold fall day. Hope you enjoy!Ingredients | Charlotte Brulee Young1 butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cut into strips2 tablespoons olive oil2 teaspoons paprika3 cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste3 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves stripped, or more to tastesalt to tasteDirectionsPreheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly oil a baking sheet.Mix squash, olive oil, paprika, garlic, thyme, and salt together in a bowl until evenly coated; spread in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.Bake in the preheated oven until squash is tender and lightly browned, 30 to 40 minutes.Serve it plain, or make a tasty spiced aioli dip with it! Simply combine mayonnaise, olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic, and salt.
