5 pounds red potatoes, peeled and cubed

½ cup butter, sliced

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

¼ teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with butter. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
