Can be used as a salsa if thickened.Ingredients | Gazpacho Ah Recept4 cups tomatoes, seeded and diced1 cup tomato juice1 cup beef broth¾ cup chopped green bell pepper¾ cup chopped celery¾ cup chopped cucumber⅓ cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon dried parsley1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon ground black pepper½ teaspoon ground cumin⅓ teaspoon hot pepper sauce½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauceDirectionsIn a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, tomato juice, beef broth, green bell pepper, celery, cucumber, onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar.
